Cookie Training

We had cookie training on EBudde from Jodie

Log in at https://ebudde.littlebrownie.com/  Each troop leader and/or Troop Cookie Manager should have received an email from the Ebudde system with their log-in.  Your ID is your email address and your password is ebudde.  You will be prompted to change your password at your first log-in

Important dates:

Order taking begins Jan 4^th

Initial order taking ends Jan 23^rd

Initial orders must be added online AND on hard copy.  Hard copies of page 1 and 2 of the T-2 form is due to Jodie by January 28^th

Cookies are being delivered on Feb 15^th or 16^th (TBD)

Final paperwork is due to Jodie (page 4 of T-2, page 1 of T-1, all Alert forms, transfer forms, combined cookie dough forms and validated deposit slips) by March 12^th

Tree Lighting and Caroling

The annual Chester Christmas Tree lighting and caroling is scheduled for Sunday, December 9^th at 5:00 PM.  Junior, Cadette and Senior families are asked to bring a small baked good or beverage to share to Stevens Hall for the gathering after the caroling. Please encourage your troops to attend.

Town-Wide events

Last month we discussed continuing to hold both the Ice Skating and Gym-Ken events.

We decided on the dates of Feb 27^th for Ice Skating and April 4^th or 5^th for Gym-Ken.  Sara Eno volunteered to set-up both events for us.
