Leader Meeting Minutes from August 11, 2005




As most of you know that we are losing Andrea as a leader. I am trying to fill her slot and find places for as many juniors as possible. We also need a brownie leader and daisy leader. If any one knows any one interested please have them call me.

Nancy has been wonderful and put info on the cable channel. She is also updating the web site. If you are interested in doing a website get in touch with her. Take a look at the sites and see what can be done. If you have a web site you can send her updates and updated pictures to update your site. Mine is really old but you can't do much with two girls that didn't get together. She also added a page for new leaders to be informed on all the annual events that the Girl Scouts do in town. Take a look. She did a great job. Give her your feedback or things that she can add. Send her your pictures. Let your girl's parent know to take a look. They would be surprised.

Also let all your girls know about the Chester Fair parade. Be there at least by 11:30 to line up. Girls can go without leaders. I will be there along with other leaders. But It would be best if leaders can be there or at least an adult so the girls will feel comfortable.

We will be needing a Fall Fund raiser manager and cookie manager for this year. If anyone is interested let me know or if you know some one that like to work on ordering and money things give them a call and let me know.

I would like to thank Jodie for going to the Girl Scout Kick-off in Bow for me. She will also pick up the fall fund raiser material and get all the info for that.

9-12 (set-up) Troop 2597
12-2 Troop 2079
2-4 Troop 2676
4-6 Troop 2245 (or take down when we run out of prizes)
