Feedback on Chenoa was good.  Everyone had a good time and liked their sites.

Court of Awards and Bridging Ceremony

Monday, June 16^th, 7:00 MPR

Please send 5 pictures per troop to Nancy as soon as possible for the slide show. 

Please send a list of your currently active members to Nancy for the program.  Put a *star next to the names of bridging girls.

Allison would like to share what the Daisies have planned.  They will be giving out pencil daisies to each girl at the COA.

 

Chester Fair

Date of Fair is Saturday, September 6th

Ideas for improvements or changes?  Debbie Berman volunteered to organize this event this year.

 

Fall Girl’s Event

We tentatively set the date of October 19^th, 2008 for this year’s event.  Nancy will email Rec. for confirmation on date.

 

Seacoast Older Girl Conference

The date for the Seacoast Older Girl Conference is October 17-18, 2008.  The flyer will be posted on the Region 3 web site.

 

Novemberfest Junior Badge Blast

Tentative date for Novemberfest is November 8^th. 

 

Date for August meeting

We decided on Monday, August 18^th for the August leader meeting.  On the agenda will be discussing the contents of the “new year” packets, Mary will go over the Fall Product Sale info, we’ll choose a theme for the Fall Girl’s Event, sign 08-09 paperwork and discuss the Chester Fair.
