Dance

Our fund-raiser dance is next Friday, May 11th from 7 to 9:30.  We need donations of baked goods and adults to be chaperones.  I need a list of all adults who can attend and who can bring baked goods.  We need at least 10 to 12 adults (a couple of men)

Town-Wide sleep over at Gym-Ken

Saturday, May 5, 2007.  Head count and payment was collected

Court of Awards

Start having your girls think about their year-end performance.  The date is June 12th at the MPR at 7 PM.  Please send me a list of all your girls for the program.  Please put a star (*) next to the name of any girl who is bridging to the next level.

If bridging girls want to make decorations for the ceremony as part of their bridging badge, they are welcome to.  Have them make something we can easily hang from the walls or the front of the stage.

Nominations for Outstanding Leader are due to me by May 15th at the latest.  3 nominations with letters of endorsement are required to submit the packet to council.

Early Re-registration

Registration forms are here.  If you didn’t get yours tonight, see Corinna for your packet.  If a girl is bridging, she should register with her new troop.  If you don’t know where they will be next year, the forms should go to Corinna to hold until fall.

Please let me know what troops have space available for next year.

Forms and payment are due to Corinna by May 25th.

Year-End Paperwork

The following forms are due to me by June 15th

Group/Troop Finance Report – Troop Status Report – Service Project Report Form – Troop/Group Annual Report – Annual Leader Volunteer Performance Review (1 per registered adult) - Volunteer Performance Review for Service Team Members.

Summer Event

Leaders voted not to do the summer event that we started planning last month.  We will do the campfire/recruiting night on August 24th like we did last year.  We will still need to do another fund raiser next year to replace the Home Show cookie sale.

Service Team Positions for 07-08

I need to know which service team members plan to keep their positions last year.  Please email me your decision if you were not at the meeting.

Jodie – Public Relations

Corinna – Registrar  (Registrar E-Council training, May 17th Bedford, June 6th Portsmouth) more dates being added

We also have an opening for Alternate Council Delegate for the Nov. 17th Annual Meeting.  If anyone is interested, we can hold a brief election at next month’s meeting.  Deadline to be elected is June 30th.
