Leader Meeting Minutes from May 12, 2005
Nancy Simpson or Christine DeCloux will be getting the Camporee information to you.
Sandy will be selling the cookies tomorrow. This will be all profit. We made our payments. Thank you Sandy and Jodie.
I need the end of the year paper work to me by the Closing.
The closing has been discussed at the meeting and even with the first grade event, it was decided to keep the same day. It will always conflict with someone.
I still need to know from some troops if there is any changes in the girls in there troop and who is flying or bridging.
Memorial Day Ceremony is at 9:00 Monday in front of the cemetery.
The camp fire is tomorrow at 7:00 at Wason Pond recreation. Bring your chairs, sit apons, blankets, s'more fixings, flash lights, one piece of wood the length and width of your arm from your hand to elbow, and what ever you can think of. It is cancelled if it is raining. (But of course it will hold off.) :)
