Thank you so much to everyone who participated in this year's Fall Fund Raiser!  We set a goal of earning $350 for Build-a-Bear (including enough to donate 2 bears to charity) and we did it!  We earned $350.85!  Our trip to Build-a-Bear will be in January!  Great work!  Money is due today.  If you didn't bring it in, please drop it off or mail it to Nancy before Friday.

The Chester Tree Lighting and Christmas Caroling will be held on Sunday, December 12th at 5pm.  We will gather at Stevens Memorial Hall where we will sing songs for approximately a half hour.  We will then go across the street to the Congregational Church Vestry for refreshments.  Junior girls are asked to bring a baked good for the gathering.  You can drop them off at the Vestry before the caroling.  Our troops haven't had a great showing at any of the town events this year.  I'd like to see this improve.  Come celebrate the season with us!

Please remember that when school is cancelled in Chester due to weather, we will also cancel the Girl Scout meetings.  If the weather turns bad during the day and we decide to cancel, you will be notified at least 1 hour before our meeting time via email.  If you would like me to use a different email address for these special emails, please let me know.

If your daughter earned a Cookie Dough certificate from last year's cookie sale, it will be expiring on Dec. 24th at noon.  If you will not be using your cookie dough, please donate it to your troop by Dec 15th so we can purchase fun holiday gifts!  Thanks!
