Tuesday, November 11th--Veteran's Day Parade
Meet at Town Offices by 10:45 am to line up.  The parade starts at 11:00.  We'll be marching from the Town Office building to the Chester Fire Department.  Please meet us at the Fire Department for pick up.
Friday, November 14th--Investiture Ceremony
Please have your daughter at the Multi-Purpose room by 6:30.  The ceremony starts at 7 pm.  This is an important night in the Girl Scout year, please try to attend.  We will be collecting food for the Food Pantry at the ceremony.  Please bring a non-perishable can/box donation.

Saturday, December 6th--Chester House Tour
The Chester House Tour will be stopping at the Chester Community Center this year.  As a troop, we'll be making Christmas Ornaments to sell the night of the tour to help raise money for the Camporee.  All Chester Girl Scout troops will be supplying 1 ornament per scout to sell.  We will need 2 to 3 girl volunteers to be at the Community Center the night of the tour.  We will be decorating the house for Christmas and selling the ornaments.  More info soon.
Sunday, December 14th--Chester Christmas Tree Lighting and Christmas Caroling
Each girl will need to bring a baked good for the gathering after the Caroling.  More info on this activity soon.

All forms are due back next Monday, October 27th for our Fall Fund Raiser.  Please be sure to send them in.  If you forget them next Monday, you will need to deliver the forms to my home or to Terri Modine no later than Wednesday.  If you haven't returned your permission slip yet, you will need to include it with your order form. (additional copy below) I have to have one of these from each girl who is submitting orders. 
I'm anxious to see the results of this activity!  The girls have decided they'd like to go to Build-A-Bear at the Mall with the money they've earned!  Please make the most of our last selling week!  Thanks!
