Our trip to the ICENTER in Salem is on Sunday, February 29th.  Please meet at Chester Academy at 12:10 for drop-off.  Please try not to be late. Have your daughter bring her bicycle helmet and (if you have them) knee/elbow pads.  Please also have them wear their Brownie vest for this activity.  It will be easier to keep an eye on them if they're all wearing their vests.   Pick-up is at Chester Academy at approximately 3:00 pm.  See you then!

We have received our confirmation for the Monarchs Scout Day.  We'll be attending on Sunday, April 4th.  The Monarchs will be playing Portland that night.  If you have purchased tickets and you will be unable to attend, please let me know.  I've had requests for additional tickets for this event so I may be able to resell your ticket and give you a refund.   Thanks!

Thank you to everyone for participating in this year's cookie sales!  We sold a total of 1,191 boxes so far!  We've ordered plenty of extra boxes of cookies for our booth sales, so if someone asks you if they can still purchase cookies, please tell them YES!  Just make a list of any additional cookies you'll need and bring it with you on cookie pick-up day.  Your daughter will be credited the additional sales towards "cookie dough".  Also, remember that if your daughter attends either of the booth sales (troop or town) she will also be earning cookie dough credits for these activities.  For attending the Shaws sale, each girl will get a minimum of 40 boxes credited to her.  (or more depending on how many participants we have).  If you haven't returned your sign up for the booth sales yet, please send it to our next meeting on March 1 or email me with your choice of time.  Thanks!

PLEASE remember to return Sign-Up sheets for every event.  If your daughter is not planning on attending, simply check off the "will not attend"  line and return it.  This is the only way I can keep track of who will be attending (including adults and siblings).  Thanks for your help!

Cookies will be arriving on Saturday, February 28th.  They are due in Chester at 8:45 am.  We will be picking up our 155 cases of cookies and bringing them to the Community Center.  They will then be sorted by girl and ready for pick-up. PLEASE BE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER BETWEEN 11:30 AND 1:00 FOR PICK-UP.  We can't store the cookies at the Community Center, so if you are unable to pick up your own cookies, PLEASE arrange for a friend to do it for you.   If there is a problem and the delivery truck is delayed, I'll make every effort to let you know what time to come for pick-up.   Call if you have questions.
